Thierry Badard: GeOxygene administrator and main developer.
Thierry is a former member of the COGIT Laboratory at the IGN. He is now Assistant Professor at the Department of geomatic sciences of Laval University in Québec (Canada). He is also full time researcher of the Research Center for Geomatics.

Arnaud Braun: GeOxygene administrator and main developer.
Arnaud is a former member of the COGIT Laboratory too. He is now member of the "Nouvelle carte de base" project at the IGN.

The following people have helped out the GeOxygene project through testing, bug catching and coding contributions. Thanks to all.
- Christophe Pelé has been in charge during his training period at the COGIT Laboratory of the embedding of the JTS library in GeOxygene. He has also developed the SVG export functionality and the WKT parser.
- David Sheeren has extensively tested GeOxygene during his PhD and has successfully developed his research prototype upon GeOxygene even if it was not fully stable and reliable. GeOxygene administrators really thank him for his patience and understanding.
- Eric Grosso has developed the wrapper with the Jump project, for visualisation of GeOxygene objects in this framework.
- Mathieu Gunther has developed during his training period at the COGIT Laboratory the modification functionalities within the graphical browser and the viewer.
- Olivier Bonin has extensively tested GeOxygene during its development and helped in its enhancement.
- Sébastien Mustière has also tested GeOxygene and has contributed in fixing bugs and in providing various coding addons. The DataSet class is a contribution of Sébastien.
